1. Delivery Areas

• ALOTYRE currently delivers and provides tyre installation services in Dubai.

• Delivery to other Emirates or remote areas may be available upon request. Please contact us for further information.

2. Delivery Times

• Same-Day Delivery: For selected tyres and locations within Dubai, same-day delivery may be available if your order is placed before the daily cut-off time.

• Standard Delivery: Most orders are delivered within 1-2 business days within Dubai, subject to stock availability and order confirmation.

• You will receive a confirmation email or call with the estimated delivery or installation time after your order is placed.

3. Mobile Installation Services

• We offer convenient mobile tyre installation at your location, subject to availability and confirmation.

• Mobile installation services are available in select areas within Dubai.

• Advance appointment confirmation is required for all mobile installation bookings.

• Our technicians will arrive at the agreed location and time for on-site tyre fitting and balancing.

4. Delivery Charges

• Free Delivery: Orders above AED 2000 qualify for free delivery within Dubai.

• For orders below AED 2000 or deliveries to remote or non-standard locations, delivery charges may apply. These charges will be clearly communicated during the checkout process.

• Additional charges may also apply for urgent or same-day deliveries.

5. Delays and Exceptions

• While we strive to deliver all orders on time, unforeseen delays due to weather, heavy traffic, or other circumstances may occasionally occur.

• ALOTYRE is not liable for losses or damages resulting from delivery delays beyond our control. However, we will keep you informed and do our best to minimize inconvenience.

• If there are any issues with your delivery or installation, please contact our customer support team immediately.

6. Order Tracking & Confirmation

• Customers will be notified of the status of their order and installation via email, phone, or SMS.

• You may contact our support team at any time to check the status of your order.

7. Failed Deliveries

• If delivery or installation cannot be completed due to incorrect address, unavailability, or other customer-related reasons, additional charges may apply for re-delivery or rescheduling.

• Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery location at the agreed time.
