• ALOTYRE is a registered tyre shop and service provider in the United Arab Emirates.

2. Orders and Payments

• Orders can be placed online, by phone/WhatsApp, or at selected approved partner service centers across Dubai. • Payment must be completed through our secure payment gateway or approved in-person payment methods.

• We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or adjust any order if there is a pricing error, stock unavailability, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.

• All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include applicable VAT, unless otherwise stated.

3. Installation & Services

• Installation appointments are subject to workshop and technician availability.

• Mobile tyre fitting services are offered in select areas of Dubai and may require advance booking.

• Customers must confirm installation dates and locations in advance. Any changes to appointments should be communicated at least 24 hours prior.

• Tyres and services provided are for standard private vehicle use. Any specialized requirements should be discussed before purchase.

4. Warranty & Returns

• All tyres sold by ALOTYRE include the manufacturer’s warranty, as detailed on individual product pages.

• Returns or exchanges are only accepted if a manufacturing defect is verified by the tyre manufacturer or authorized agent.

• No returns are accepted for tyres that have already been installed, except in the case of proven manufacturing defects.

• Any claim under warranty should be submitted with proof of purchase and photos of the tyre.

5. Limitation of Liability

• ALOTYRE is not liable for delays, loss, or damages resulting from circumstances beyond our control, including weather, traffic, or supply chain disruptions.

• We are not responsible for incorrect installation performed by third parties or for damages resulting from misuse, improper maintenance, or use contrary to manufacturer guidelines.

• Customers are responsible for ensuring correct tyre size, fitment, and compatibility for their vehicles.

6. Legal Jurisdiction

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

• Any disputes arising from the use of our website, products, or services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dubai, UAE.
